For Stephen and his partners the current crop of machine cooking utensils just did not cut what they had envisioned, and so they went about designing and crafting their own from older machines. That design came to be our Titan Hog Roast machine, a variant of which can still be seen today, some 30 odd years later, at many of our events since it still comes as one of our most hardy and popular tools.
